Pastor A. Glenn Brady

A. Glenn Brady has dedicated his life to ministry. Growing up in Youngstown, OH, the only child of Adolphus & Marian Brady, he served as an assistant to Bishop Norman L. Wagner & the Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church for over 35 years until he became the pastor in June of 2009 of the New Bethel Church in Kansas City, KS. In just a short span of time, under his leadership, the membership has more than quintupled along with the on-going development of nearly 50 ministries. As a result of the tremendous growth, plans are now underway for the building of a new sanctuary and worship center. In addition, he serves as the president of the NBC Community Development Corporation to facilitate many on-going outreach projects in the Kansas City community.

With a long extensive service record with the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. [P.A.W.], in 2003 he was elevated to the office of Suffragan Bishop for the 31st Episcopal District (European Council of Nations) and later was transferred to the 14th Episcopal District (Northwestern District Council). After being elected in 2004 as the Assistant General Secretary, for the P.A.W., he was unanimously elected both in 2007 & 2010 to serve as the General Secretary. Then in March of 2013 he was elevated by the P.A.W. Board of Bishops to the esteemed Office of the Bishopric and assigned to the 46th Episcopal Diocese (the Hawaii District Council). Bishop Brady also serves as an Executive Editor for The Christian Outlook.

In addition, Bishop Brady is the chairman of Gosplode Ministries, International and the Abundant L.I.F.E. Seminars, and serves as president of The Brady Resource Group. Graduating from Youngstown State University with his bachelor’s degree in business administration, he furthered his education by attending the University of Akron School of Law in Akron, Ohio. In 2003, he received from Aenon Bible College in Indianapolis, IN, an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree.

A gifted speaker, educator, lecturer and author, Bishop Brady has traveled extensively around the world, having visited 35 countries on five continents. Specializing in leadership development, he is sought after around the world as a seminarian and inspirational speaker. He married Angela R. Watts in 1982, who often joins him in ministry. They are the proud parents of two lovely daughters, Amaris Jené & Alexis Gian.

 

Lady Angela R. Brady

First Lady Angela R. Brady, one of four children born to Senior District Elder Jesse L. and Frazzie Watts. Angela was saved at an early age at the Grace Apostolic Church in Indianapolis, Indiana under the pastorate of the late Bishop Morris E. Golder. At the age of 12 years old, she moved with her family to Saint Charles, Missouri, where her father established Grace Gospel Temple Church. She served in the music ministry, youth ministry, and the Sunday school. Also, as teenager she participated in the Mid-Western District young people’s department as Correspondence Secretary and a member of the Midwestern District Choir.

Lady Angela received her nursing degree in 1974. She graduated from St. Mary’s College of O’Fallon, Missouri and furthered her education at the St. Louis University. She has worked as a registered nurse at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital in the Infectious Disease Unit and as a operating room nurse at the Chicago Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. After her marriage to A. Glenn Brady in 1982 she moved to Youngstown, Ohio, where she worked as an operating room nurse with the St Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center. She was employed there for 28 years before relocating to Kansas. In the midst of her full time employment, she has worked part-time as a Data Collector for the Illinois State Pediatric Department and as a school nurse. She continues to practice operating room nursing at the South Kansas City Surgicenter, Overland Park as a per diem employee.

Lady Angela served with her husband in Youngstown, Ohio at the Mt. Calvary Pentecostal Church under the pastorate of Bishop Norman L. Wagner. She was appointed as the Director of Altar Evangelism and served in the women’s ministry as the coordinator of the “Women After God’s Own Heart Conferences.”

Serving with her husband, Bishop A. Glenn Brady, they accepted the Divine Call as he became Pastor of the New Bethel Church, Kansas City, Kansas in June of 2009. Lady Angela came in to the church working and was instrumental in the further development of many ministries, including the Women’s and Altar Evangelism’s ministries. She is loved and adored by all in her role as the First Lady of New Bethel Church; and many even became members of the church through observing her sincere and dedicated work in the ministry.

Lady Angela has worked alongside her husband with Gosplode Ministries International, a leadership and teaching organization that has impacted people around the world, frequently traveling with him nationally and internationally. Enjoying cooking, as well as international travel, Angela has devoted herself to her God-given family. She and Bishop Brady are the proud parents of two wonderful lovely daughters, Amaris Jené & Alexis Gian. Angela loves the Lord and works with joy in nurturing and encouraging people to become the totality of the Dream of God..
